May 2022 - Strong a a Mother Childbirth Prep Class

This two day class serves as an excellent overview of what to expect during labor and birth.  Learn about both comfort measures/breathing techniques, medical interventions, pain management options, how to advocate for yourself or your partner, how to create a more family centered environment whether you give birth vaginally or via cesarean.  Know what to epxect in the early days at home with your new baby and how to plan for the early weeks postpartum.  

Class will recorded and uploaded into a private google classroom for class participants to refer back to up to 90 days after course is compled.
